Unlike natural chamois, this synthetic version is more durable, easier to maintain, and offers consistent performance wash after wash.
The Ultra Hygiene UH-CL-CS is a premium synthetic chamois made from PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) material that absorbs up to 10 times its weight in water. It delivers streak-free drying on glass, mirrors, stainless steel, and automotive surfaces without leaving lint or marks.
The PVA construction creates a sponge-like matrix that absorbs water rapidly and holds it firmly. Simply wring out the chamois and it is ready to absorb again. This makes it ideal for drying large areas quickly without constant wringing.
Synthetic chamois offers several advantages over natural leather chamois: it is more affordable, more consistent in quality, easier to clean, does not harbour bacteria, and performs identically wash after wash.
